End User License Agreement

    1. License Grant

    Catcher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA.

    2. Restrictions

    You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; modify or create derivative works; distribute, sublicense, or lease the App to third parties; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

    3. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in the App, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology, remain the exclusive property of Catcher.

    4. Updates

    We may release updates to improve functionality or security. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

    5. AI Features — No Warranty of Accuracy

    The App includes an AI-powered Card Scanner that provides condition estimates (scored 1–10), market value estimates, and card identification. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • All AI-generated outputs are estimates and opinions, not certified professional grades or appraisals.
    • AI condition scores are not equivalent to and are not affiliated with grades issued by PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or any other grading company.
    • Valuat™ collection value totals are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a professional appraisal, insurance valuation, or certified assessment.
    • You bear sole responsibility for any financial, commercial, or other decisions made based on AI-generated data. Catcher expressly disclaims liability for losses arising from reliance on Scanner or Valuat™ outputs.
    • For certified grading, you should submit cards to a licensed professional grading service.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catcher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

    7. Termination

    This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
