> Catcher is a social platform for trading card collectors. Scan cards with AI, build your collection, connect with other collectors, buy and sell through our marketplace, and share videos of your pulls.

## What is Catcher?

Catcher is a mobile-first social platform designed for the trading card collecting community. Users can scan physical trading cards using their camera, have AI identify and value the card, add it to their personal wallet/collection, and engage with a community of collectors through video content, live streaming, direct messaging, and a built-in marketplace.

## Core Features

- **Card Scanner** — Point your camera at any trading card. AI identifies the card, its set, condition indicators, and current market value instantly.
- **Collection Wallet** — A personal digital wallet of every card you own. Track value over time, organize by set or type, and share your collection publicly or privately.
- **Marketplace** — Buy and sell cards directly within the app. List cards from your collection, negotiate via DM, and complete transactions in-app when payment gateway is enabled.
- **Social Feed** — Short-form video feed (similar to TikTok) for sharing card pulls, collection reveals, and trading card content.
- **Live Streaming** — Go live to show off pack openings, card reveals, or host trading sessions with your followers.
- **Direct Messages** — Message other collectors to arrange trades, negotiate prices, or discuss cards.
- **Explore** — Discover trending cards, top collectors, live streams, and marketplace listings.
