By accessing or using Catcher ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Catcher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
You agree not to: post illegal, harmful, or infringing content; harass other users; attempt to exploit or hack the App; or use bots or automated tools without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App or other users.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Catcher's Card Scanner uses artificial intelligence to analyze card images and provide estimated condition scores (1–10), estimated market values, and card identification data. These outputs are estimates and opinions only — they are not certified professional grades or appraisals.
AI-generated condition scores and value estimates are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or equivalent to grades issued by Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Beckett Grading Services (BGS), Sportscard Guaranty (SGC), Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), or any other professional grading service.
Catcher makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated estimates. You assume full responsibility for any decisions — including buying, selling, trading, or insuring cards — made in reliance on information provided by the Card Scanner. For official certified grading, submit your cards to a licensed professional grading service.
Valuat™ collection value totals are calculated from user-entered and AI-estimated values and do not constitute a professional appraisal or insurance valuation.
