    Safety & Emergency Reports

If you encounter child sexual abuse material (CSAM), credible threats of violence, doxxing, or any imminent safety threat, report it immediately:

    • In-app: three-dot menu on any post, profile, or message → Report → select the appropriate category
    • Email: info@isocialize.me with URGENT in the subject line
    • CSAM directly to NCMEC: report.cybertip.org — the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
    • Imminent danger: contact local law enforcement first. In the US, dial 911.

Catcher has zero tolerance for CSAM. We report all credible CSAM to NCMEC and law enforcement without notifying the offender, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Accounts engaged in this activity are permanently banned.

    Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the Catcher app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, messages, and vault. Backup data is retained for up to 30 days for recovery purposes, then fully purged. You can also email us at info@isocialize.me to request deletion.

    I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password". We'll email you a secure reset link. The link expires in 60 minutes. If you don't see the email, check spam or contact us at info@isocialize.me.

My video isn't uploading or shows "processing" forever.

Videos take a few seconds to a few minutes to process after upload. If your video has been "processing" for more than 10 minutes, try posting it again with a smaller file or shorter duration (max 3 minutes, 500 MB). Make sure you're on a stable connection. If the problem persists, email us with your username and the approximate time you posted.

How do I report a post or user?

Tap the three-dot menu on any post, profile, or message and select Report. We review every report within 24 hours. For urgent safety issues (CSAM, credible threats), email us directly with URGENT in the subject line.

    How do I block someone?

Open their profile, tap the three-dot menu, and select Block. Blocked users can't view your content, message you, or interact with your account. Unblock them anytime in Settings → Privacy → Blocked Users.

Which card categories does the AI Card Scanner support?

The AI Card Scanner currently supports Pokémon TCG cards only, including English-language sets from Base Set (1998) through current sets, and Japanese-language sets where indexed. Sports cards, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other categories can be added to your vault by manual entry — just tap "Add Card" and fill in the details. We're working on expanding AI coverage to additional categories in future updates.

Are AI grades and values from the Card Scanner accurate?

AI condition scores (1–10) and value estimates are estimates and opinions only. They are not affiliated with or equivalent to grades from PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or any other professional grading service. Don't rely on them for buying, selling, trading, or insurance decisions. For certified grading, submit cards to a licensed grading company.

How do I turn off push notifications?

In the Catcher app, go to Profile → Settings → Notificationsto manage individual categories. To turn them off entirely, go to your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Catcher and toggle "Allow Notifications" off.

How do I export my data?

Email info@isocialize.me with the subject "Data Export" from the address on file for your account. We'll send a JSON archive of your profile, posts, comments, messages, and vault within 30 days, as required by GDPR and CCPA.
